Pendaftaran dan deposit
Pendaftaran untuk mengajukan penawaran, tidak dipungut biaya. Anda mungkin diharuskan untuk menyetor deposit yang dapat dikembalikan. Perlu diketahui bahwa Anda harus menyerahkan kartu identitas berfoto saat Anda mendaftar di situs lelang (misalnya SIM atau paspor).
Setiap lelang bersifat tanpa pagu harga
Setiap barang dijual kepada penawar tertinggi pada hari lelang, tidak ada harga minimum atau penetapan harga yang dilakukan sebelum lelang. Pemilik barang dilarang menawar barang yang mereka jual. Penawaran tidak dapat dibatalkan, dan seluruh penjualan bersifat final. Jika Anda keluar sebagai penawar tertinggi saat juru lelang mengumumkan bahwa barang telah terjual kepada Anda, maka Anda menjadi pemilik baru dari barang tersebut.
Segala sesuatunya dijual "apa adanya, di mana adanya"
Kami merekomendasikan kepada Anda agar mengunjungi lokasi lelang kami untuk memeriksa setiap barang yang ingin Anda beli sebelum mengajukan penawaran pada hari lelang. Anda juga dapat mengirim seseorang ke lokasi untuk melakukan pemeriksaan atas nama Anda.

Pembayaran dan pemindahan barang
Pembelian harus dibayar lunas dalam waktu tujuh (7) hari setelah hari lelang.Pihak pembeli tidak dapat mengambil barang yang mereka beli dari lokasi lelang hingga invoicenya telah dibayar lunas.Jika Ritchie Bros. tidak bisa memberikan hak kepemilikan yang jelas atas suatu barang yang dibeli, maka pembeli berhak memperoleh pengembalian penuh atas harga beli.

Informasi ini semata-mata disediakan sebagai ringkasan panduan. Bila Anda berpartisipasi dalam sebuah lelang, Anda harus meninjau dan menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan selengkapnya sebelum Anda mengajukan penawaran (tercantum dalam katalog lelang Anda dan saat Anda masuk ke lelang secara online). Notice to Foreign Buyers
All purchases that will be exported shall be assessed a surcharge for customs expenses that will cover the cost of processing export documentation for Mexican customs clearance (i.e. customs broker's fees and customs duties). The surcharge amount directly depends on the value of the equipment.
Foreign buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation from the auction site to the final destination, including trans-border transportation and customs requirements for importing into a foreign country.
15% I.V.A. tax will apply to all lots, except agricultural equipment. This tax will be refunded to foreign buyers when Ritchie Bros. receives proof of export (an original exportation document).
Notice Regarding U.S. Importation
Most United States manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. The importation of certain diesel engines (or equipment with diesel) is prohibited unless the diesel engine is covered by a U.S. EPA certificate of conformity. Some equipment may require modifications to meet U.S. import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker. A customs broker and international truckers will be available on-site at the auction to assist you.
Notice to Buyers in Mexico
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico complies with all existing legislation and standards so that our customers can confidently do business with us.
Due to local regulations which were put in place in September 2013 in relation to the "Marketing or routine distribution of vehicles, new or used, whether air, sea or land" – where the value of the transactions are greater than the $207.879 MXN, or that in a period of 6 months exceeds the accumulated amount of $415.759 MXN, we have to identify the customer and provide the authorities with information corresponding to that transaction.
For the purposes of identification of the customer or buyer of the vehicle, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must:
The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
Verify the identity of the client or buyer based on credentials or official documentation, as well as obtaining a copy of the documentation that can be compared to the originals.
Request information about the existence of the "owner beneficiary". In that case, exhibit official documentation that identifies final owner (beneficiary); otherwise, declare that no documentation is available.The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
In the cases in which it is established there is a business relationship, request information about their activity or occupation.
Confidentiality
All information provided to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must comply with each and every one of the obligations of confidentiality applicable in accordance with the current legislation of the United Mexican States and under the terms of contracts, agreements and conventions in this area that have been held with the client, including all its subsidiaries, affiliates and related parties.
Notice of Privacy
With regards to the processing of personal data under the terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the possession of Individuals, Ritchie Bros. Mexico Auctioneers S of RL of CV, Carretera Polotitlán La Estación No. 6 Col. Centro, C.P. 54200, México will use your personal data collected for the purpose of updating and, in this case, to confirm your information.
